Basic Care For Polished Metalware:
Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Dry immediately.

When using acidic dressings or sauces, first coat your piece in a thin layer of olive oil. This barrier will help protect your metalware pieces.

Never wash metalware pieces in the dishwasher. Machine washing leads to varying degrees of discoloration and pitting, which in most cases is irreversible.

If your pieces have been through the dishwasher, you may try using Flitz, an all-purpose metal polish. This product may help restore the integrity of your piece, though it may never restore the shine completely. An exchange option is available, call our Scottsdale store for more details.
