All items are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise notified or requested, please allow 2-3 business days to process. Upon confirmation of a claim a reference number will be given. Your satisfaction is our main concern. Items that are damaged or defective will be exchanged or refunded excluding shipping charges. Any damages, defective items or shortages must be reported within 10 business days upon receipt. In case of claim all original packaging must be kept.
